MEASURING PATIENTS SATISFACTION THROUGH SERVPERF-MODEL IN PUBLIC SECTOR HOSPITALS

Aim: Purpose of this existing study is to investigate the quality services through patient satisfaction using SERVPERF-model.
 Methods: For purpose survey approach was used. Cross-sectional primary data collected form 100 patients two public sector hospitals. Data analyzed in SPSS. Mean, standard deviation, correlation and regression were used.
 Findings/Results: It found that there positive significant relationship between predictors criterion variables. Moreover only reliability factor has impact on satisfaction.
